Award
aimee.julian@raywhite.com

Aimee is passionate about helping all of her clients and has been a successful property manager for the past seven years.

An excellent communicator with an intuitive nature, Aimee loves the variety and diversity of her role as a Property Manager - gaining satisfaction from providing phenomenal service for landlords and tenants alike.

Originally from Hawkes Bay, Aimee has spent time in the USA working in voluntary roles before returning to New Zealand and joining the New Zealand Customs Service working out of Auckland Airport as a Customs Officer for four years - where her people skills and analytical approach were highly valued.

Aimee was then drawn to join the property management industry when she recognised that the job is about serving people and working out in the community. Highly skilled in helping people, whether they are looking to find a home to rent or a landlord seeking a trusted person to manage their investment portfolio, big or small.

Working all over the greater Auckland region has given Aimee a real depth of knowledge in terms of rental properties, from stand-alone homes to larger diverse portfolios. Aimee loves nothing more than to make life easy for landlords so that they have peace of mind around the management of their most valuable property assets.

A North Shore local living in Beach Haven, she remains a supporter of various community initiatives and charitable organisations and in the past has volunteered with Civil Defence, the New Zealand Coastguard and the Cancer Society.
